Project located in Blockhouse Bay, involved multi-story townhouses and land subdivision in Blockhouse Bay. The design phase took 8 months, followed by 12 months of construction, and was completed on time.

The townhouses featured an efficient multi-story layout that maximized land use while providing spacious living areas. Early planning addressed underground infrastructure challenges, and sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems were used to support eco-friendly living.
