Project located in Henderson, this project involved the development of modern townhouses alongside land subdivision. The design phase took 7 months, followed by a 15-month construction period, both completed on schedule.

The design made smart use of the natural terrain to effectively manage stormwater and drainage challenges, ensuring a reliable flood management system. Additionally, independent water supply and drainage solutions were implemented for each residence, prioritizing functionality and convenience for future homeowners.
